Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you may return your order if you are not satisfied with the items received. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt and meet the following conditions:
1. Complete Product & Packaging – The order must include all components, accessories, and original packaging in the same condition as received.
2. No Damage from Misuse – The product must show only normal handling. Returns due to damage from improper use or mishandling will not be accepted.
3. Hygiene Requirements – Items where hygiene is a concern must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
4. Defective Items – If the product is defective upon arrival, it must be reported immediately.
5. Shipping Costs – The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
6. Processing Time – Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are met, they will be officially acknowledged within this period.
⚠️ We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the item has been used or damaged due to customer negligence.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

2. Include the following details in your email:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)
• Full name
• Customer address

• We will provide the correct return address after your request is reviewed.
• DO NOT send the return to the sender’s address.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Under consumer protection laws, you may have a right to withdrawal if you are a natural person purchasing for purposes unrelated to commercial or professional activities.

Right to Cancel
You have 14 days from the date you (or an authorized third party, excluding the carrier) receive the last item in your order to cancel.

Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement. This means:
• We cannot stop shipping once your order is processed.
• A refund is only possible after the goods are received and returned to us.
To cancel, you must inform us (SHOP NAME) with a clear written statement (e.g., via email) requesting contract withdrawal. The cancellation will be finalized only after we have received the returned goods. The return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipment in Transit
Since our products are shipped from Asia, delivery may take longer due to factors beyond our control.
• If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible.
• You must wait for delivery, then return the items if you wish.
• You may notify us of your intention to cancel in advance, but we can only process it after you return the goods.
🔹 To speed up the return process, please provide a shipping confirmation when sending back the item.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments made, excluding delivery costs (including any extra fees for premium shipping options).
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving both your cancellation request and the returned goods.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
• No additional fees will be charged for the refund process.
